is the largest single disaster occurrence in our communities and the
American Red Cross will respond with caring relief and emergency
assistance based on your immediate emergency needs. |

| All
disaster relief assistance is free and confidential, but we will
need information from you to process your fire case: |

 |
Verification
of the disaster incident in the form of a fire report or a
call from a fire chief or other unit representative. |
|
|
|
|
Social
security numbers, names and ages of residents living in the home
at the time of the fire. |
|
|
|
|
A form of
Identification
such as driver’s license, mail, utility bill, birth certificates,
health cards, DHS or SSI paperwork. |
|
| If
you have special, critical needs that require immediate attention or
live in a multi-family dwelling, please call at any time (day, night
or weekends) and one of our caseworkers will assess your needs. |

with basic, immediate, emergency needs that cannot be met with other
