ARC 3068-11 Shelter Operations: This course builds on the basic information learned in Community Services Overview. It teaches Red Cross personnel and other agencies to effectively and sensitively manage shelter operation as a team to meet the needs of people displaced as a result of a disaster. Prerequisites: Community Services Overview (formerly Mass Care).
